Before purchasing one of our courses, please check that you have read and agreed to the following information.

 

Money-Back Guarantee

If, after your first lesson, you are not satisfied with the course you have purchased and would like a refund, simply email us at support@allsetlearning.com to receive a full refund.

Lesson Scheduling

Upon receipt of payment for your themed course, we will get in touch with you by email within 2 working days (Beijing time).

If you need to cancel or reschedule a lesson, please be sure to do it at least 24 hours in advance. Due to time differences, canceling even 8 hours in advance often makes it impossible for the teacher to have any advance notice. (Some of our teachers are wake up at 6am for lessons.)

If you need to reschedule less than 24 hours in advance, we’ll do our best to accommodate you, and if the teacher can make the change, we won’t charge any fees. But if the teacher can’t accommodate changes within 24 hours of the original lesson time, or if you fail to come online for your lesson at the agreed time, the lesson fee will be forfeit.

Please also take note that lesson times on the Hub are always Beijing Standard time.
