Refund Policy

Thank you for choosing AllSet Learning to help you master Mandarin Chinese. If we can’t help you for some reason, we are happy to issue a refund, subject to the following conditions.

MONEY-BACK GUARANTEE

If, after completing your first lesson, you are not satisfied with the course you have purchased and would like a refund, simply email us at support@allsetlearning.com to receive a full refund.

LESSON CANCELLATION AND RESCHEDULING

Upon receipt of payment for your course, we will get in touch with you by email within 2 working days (Beijing time).

If you need to cancel or reschedule a lesson, please be sure to do it more than 24 hours in advance. There will be no fees when a lesson is canceled more than 24 hours in advance; that lesson may be freely rescheduled with us, no fees incurred.

Due to time differences, canceling even 8 hours in advance often makes it impossible for the teacher to have any advance notice. (Some of our teachers wake up at 6am for their lessons.) If you need to cancel less than 24 hours in advance, the lesson fee will be forfeit.

If you are late for your scheduled lesson time, the teacher will wait for you online up to 20 minutes. Lessons which start late should still end at the original scheduled time.
